I read a few articles online that the rear and front brakes on this bike are the same size.  So I ordered two sets and guess what, the rear and front are different.  The front shoes are smaller than the rear.  I had to reorder a set for the front, but at least I have an extra set for the rear.  Changing the front brakes on this bike is very easy. Just remove one bolt, the axle.  After removing the axle the tire will roll out of the fork and the brakes will just pop out.  After installing the new shoes you may have to readjust the cable on both ends to compensate for the new shoe thickness.
