The heater in the Ford has slowly stopped heating.   So I finally made the decision to replace the heater core.  It is one of those parts that cost $40, but will take days to install.   I started this on a Saturday morning, after 10 hours the archaeological dig revealed the header core.   It took some effort to install as the replacement was not a perfect fit, of course.  Sunday after church I spent another 10 hours reassembling the truck.  I think I had 15 baggies full of bolts and screws.  Just soooo time consuming.
